A Fiqh Course on Medical and Treatment Issues
Course Duration: Two days (20–21 June 2026)
This course discusses Islamic rulings related to illness, medical treatment, and healthcare. It explains the Islamic principles used to address these issues, clarifies the relationship between illness and divine decree, and discusses the reality of contagious diseases. It also covers special rulings related to sick people and highlights Islam’s concern for medicine, disease prevention, and seeking treatment.
The course will also answer common questions such as:
Is there such a thing as “Prophetic Medicine”?
What is the status of healing through the Qur’an, supplications, and ruqyah: what the classical scholars mean by the term “Prophetic Medicine”?
It will also discuss rulings related to:
Vaccines and ingredients that may raise religious concerns
Male and female doctors treating patients of the opposite sex
Treatment between Muslims and non-Muslims
Organ donation and transplantation
Blood donation
Abortion and its various causes
Artificial insemination and fertility treatment
Removing life-support machines in cases of brain death
Euthanasia (“mercy killing”)
Autopsies and dissection of the dead
And other related medical and ethical issues

في قضايا شرعية في الطب والعلاج
مدة الدورة: يومان (20-21 يونيو 2026)
تتناول هذه الدورة الفقهية الأحكام الشرعية المتعلقة بالمرضى والتطبب والتداوي، وفيها بيان الأصول الشرعية التي يرجع إليها ما يتعلق بهذه القضايا، مع توضيح علاقة المرض بالقدر، وحقيقة العدوى، وما للمرضى من الأحكام المختصة بهم، وإبراز عناية الشريعة بالطب وحثها على الوقاية من الأمراض والتداوي منها.
كما يتم في هذه الدورة إن شاء الله الإجابة عن الأسئلة الشائعة، مثل: هل هناك طب نبوي؟ ومنزلة الاستشفاء بالقرآن والأذكار والرقى، وما وردت به النصوص مما أطلق عليه طائفة من العلماء اسم (الطب النبوي). وأحكام متعلقة باللقاحات، وما قد تحتويه من مواد يستشكل حكمها عند كثير من المسلمين، والإجابة عن حكم التطبب مع اختلاف جنس الطبيب والمريض، أو اختلاف الدين بينهما، وحكم نقل الأعضاء، والتبرع بها وبالدم، والإجهاض بأسبابه المختلفة، والتلقيح الصناعي، ورفع أجهزة الإنعاش عند موت الدماغ، وقتل الرحمة، وتشريح الموتى، وغير ذلك من الأسئلة والقضايا.
المستهدف: الأطباء والصيادلة والممرضين والأئمة والوعاظ وطلاب العلوم الدينية وعموم المثقفين.
